About Tadhg

Following 35 years of experience in senior HR roles across diverse industries, Tadhg set up O’HR Consulting. Tadhg is a strategic and results focused HR Professional with extensive HR Leadership and General Management experience gained in a variety of challenging roles & business sectors nationally and internationally.

His expertise is not confined to one sector, having successfully worked with a wide range of businesses, particularly in the aviation, engineering, manufacturing, food and agribusiness, and construction industries.

Tadhg has extensive C-Suite and Board level experience and has held a number of directorships. He is a member of the Institute of Directors – Ireland and a Certified Member of the Mediation Institute of Ireland (MII).

Tadhg is married to Serena and has four adult children and 5 grandchildren. He is a native of Cork and currently lives in Skerries, North County Dublin.
